Sold our home and movers are coming Friday morning. Looking for someone to do an ‘exit’ clean, but not including oven. There’s no carpet, floorboards throughout and tiles to wet areas. This wasn’t a rental, I just want to present a clean home to the new owners out of courtesy and with 2 young kids I’m struggling to keep up with packing and cleaning. 3 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/living/dining, laundry. I’ll outline exactly what I need done weekly to make it nice and easy. 3 bedrooms with carpets need vacuuming. 2.5 bathrooms need mopping, a light toilet clean for all 3 toilets. All sinks, benches and tables to be cleaned/wiped over. All bathrooms & the kitchen/living area to be mopped. Any spot cleaning noticed that isn’t listed above along the way^. I’m happy to pay $50 an hour cash in hand for this to be done on Friday. I’ll pay you an additional $20 on top for the clean. This way, you using your own supplies doesn’t eat into what I’m paying you. After this week (clean being done on Friday) I need this done every Tuesday moving forward if you are interested in making this regular. I have a Mini Dachshund so I’d like to be home when the cleaning is done (which is why Tuesdays normally works well). I’m not a grub I have a relatively clean house, I’m just to time poor to be using what little time I have, to be cleaning the house anymore. I'm looking for an experienced cleaner on a monthly basis for our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in Mt Gravatt East. Only the master bedroom is generally used, the other bedrooms are used as an office and a spare bedroom. ldeally would love help with: - Vacuum floors and mopping throughout - Cleaning of bathrooms and toilets (x2) - Changing sheets in master bedroom - we are happy to strip the bed and wash the sheets for you. - Dusting furniture, benchtops, skirting boards, bottom on blinds, screens, wiping tops of power points I tend to keep on top of most things, but sometimes it would be helpful to replace some of the general clean with some alternate jobs: - Cleaning the oven - Wiping wardrobe tracks and doors - Wiping kitchen cupboard doors and drawers - Cleaning window's and tracks - Cleaning fans ( again only the main bedroom gets used hence the others shouldnt need a clean regularly) Please note, you must be dog friendly as we have a small fluffy dog (non-shedding). If necessary we can organise to have her out of the house for the cleans We are able to purchase some cleaning products if you need but with prefer you to provide all of the cleaning products and tools you need.
