Floors need to be mopped. 2 adults and 2 dogs at home so the cleaner needs to like dogs. We had a regular cleaner for the last 3 years who was wonderful but moved back to Italy - he would spend 3 hours at $37 per hour and get everything done really well in that time. Sometimes he would help me on other days with bigger tasks. It was nice having a friend and someone we could trust coming regularly and we are looking for that again.
