Hi, looking for a general clean of a small house (not the bedrooms); living area, kitchen, bathroom/toilets, hallway, front and back patio/stairs. Jobs would include: * vacuuming and mopping all floors (lino and tiles) * cleaning the cooktop, splashback tiles, benches and sinks * general tidying and wiping down tables * cleaning bathroom tiles, shower glass and mirrors * sweeping front and back patios and steps Has to be done on Monday 12th August for a general inspection the next day. Looking for house clean to be completed initially as a one of clean/trial run then possibly leading to a regular fortnightly clean. Property is a 3 bedroom high set Queenslander with one of the bedrooms being used as an office. There is only one bathroom with a shower only (no bath). Must be dog-friendly as we have 2 large, but very friendly, dogs (boxers). Cleaning required consists of: - Full clean of the bathroom including tiled floor, shower screen, toilet, basin and external surfaces of vanity and cabinets - Kitchen & pantry cleaning including sink, surfaces of worktops, hob, external surfaces of cupboards and dining table - Vacuum all rooms (timber flooring throughout with the exception of the 2x bedrooms which have carpets) - Cleaning blades of 3x ceiling fans - Cleaning 2x blinds in the living room only - Cleaning of window sills throughout - Spot clean of any dirty marks on walls throughout (caused by the dogs!) Other additional items such as cleaning the oven, cleaning windows or external cleaning would be open for discussion/agreement for extra time to complete. Based on our previous cleaners the clean takes approximately 2 hours. We need 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry, 1 lounge-dining room, 1 rumpus room, 4 bedrooms, library and staircase cleaned. Vacuum and mop, dusting, and general deep clean of bathrooms and kitchen.
