Looking for a house cleaning with great attention to detail, with bathrooms and kitchen as priority. This Thursday 21st April. Can accomodate any time on that day but must be available this Thursday 21st April. A little late notice but hopeful we can find someone. Two story townhouse: 3x Bedrooms (carpeted) 1 ensuite 1 main bathroom 1 toilet downstairs Kitchen & Lounge (tiled) Laundry area Would love: - Focus on the bathrooms and toilet - floors, showers, sinks and toilets. - Focus on kitchen and oven clean - Floors vacuumed & mopped. - Would appreciate general tidy of marks, light switches, surfaces if time allows. - Potential to pay a little extra for porch windows to be cleaned. Must have own materials. Be reliable, detail orientated and be focused on high standards. Once off clean but could turn in to regular fortnightly clean for right person. Please let me know a cost for the whole task or indicate an hourly rate and how long you think it would take. Thank you!

Photos provided - End of lease clean for a 2 storey townhouse - downstairs is an open plan kitchen and living room, laundry (with a toilet) in a seperate room. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms (wood floors) and a bathroom. What needs cleaning: Kitchen benches and cupboards inside and out cleaned Oven, oven tray and microwave cleaned All walls spot cleaned Inside windows and window sills cleaned All floors vacuumed and mopped (can the downstairs porcelain white tiles be steam mopped and the upstairs bathroom tiles (I think they’re marble) be steam mopped too - I don’t have a steam mop sorry). Bathroom cleaned - the tiles are a bit of an issue as they are marble and so porous so have to be a bit careful. Ceiling fans clean and dusted All doors spot cleaned and wiped Cobwebs removed in all corners Mess in photos will be gone by Friday - sorry still in the process of moving out If any other jobs need to be completed in your opinion please let me know.

Vacuum, mop and clean bathrooms

Have a 3 bdrm house, would like all wet areas and floors cleaned fortnightly. Also possibly one big clean at start for all glass (doors, balconies etc) and dusting etc. Happy for quote for one off clean.
