Find an experienced house painter in Albany Creek

We are looking at painting the entire front of the house in bright white color. Looking for someone who can paint ASAP. PS- if you can get the job done on the weekend we have 4 meters tressels and 4.2 meters plank which can be used. (Ordered by the rendering guy to render the cladding bit you see on the photo) but this will be taken back by the scaffolding guys on Monday.

4 double storey exterior walls (2 X 7.2 MTRS + 1 X 3.66 MTRS + 1 X 2.66 MTRS) . 1 wall difficult access. Needs to cleaned, filled, 2 coats of paint. Walls, sofits, gutters and downpipes. Paint supplied.

Single coat of paint in the interior of the double storey house. 5 Bedrooms (avg 4mx4m), 4 living areas (avg 6.5mx6.5m), standard wall heights. I want two quotes , one with wall and ceilings and one with walls only (no ceiling). The house will be completely empty. We used for the driveway Tigress, ideally would like that the stairs and the walk through the right hand side gate are in the same colour/material. We need around 18.6m2/ 150-100mm thick. Paint the house inside and outside with deluxe paint - Due date: Before Monday, 21 November 2022

This is a small to average-sized easy access single level house (3 BR + small study, bathroom and en-suite, lounge, kitchen dining, family room all in one open plan). Needs painting all over but I am going to do this in 2 phases. I am only advertising phase I here (half the job). Once we're happy with the job, I'll assign Phase II (rest of the house) hopefully for the same painter to continue immediately. Phase I: We need only one coat of ceiling and walls painted to match the existing colours - white ceiling and cream walls (reduces labour). Some wear and tear in the high traffic areas and and some small cracks to be touched up before painting - those areas will need 2 coats. Skirting boards and window frames need painting too. lounge, MBR, ensuite, another room, bathroom. Some doors have scuff marks needing painting over. The house will be completely vacant for the job making access very easy. One small room is in blue and needs more work to convert to cream, but that's for phase II, so not included in this job. Should be experienced painters with recommendations. Update 3rd Aug - Thanks a lot to everyone who's responded with offers for the original task. Spray Paint Gutters & Beams - 2 Storey House in Albany Creek

We would like an licensed, insured and experienced painter to paint our gutters in Colorbond Monument and our eaves in Colorbond Surfmist. The house is approximately 8m x 12m in size and the eaves extend 60cm from the house. We would also like the ceilings painted in the two small balcony areas shown.
