Paint outside of granny flat. It’s more than half painted we need someone to finish. as you can see from the photos we have painted some black at one end around the timber window box. You need to do the same at the other end then paint the whole side wall black. Then paint eaves white. Then timber oil. 2 coats black. 3 coats white. Brush and roller - no spray. I estimate 15m2 of the black area. 15m2 of the timber to be oiled. And 15m2 of the eave to be painted white. We supply all paint and oil. Happy for you to inspect to quote. We have ladders but you might want to bring your own also. The high eave is about 4m above ground. Start asap. - Due date: Flexible

I need a professional reliable painter to paint (2 coats) the fascia board and eves on my house and use filler where necessary. The current paint work is in good condition . The house was completely rebuilt about 10 years ago - so the timber is also in good condition. I also need the wooden frame painted around four aluminium windows. Two are small - two are larger. The windows will require a primer as its water based paint going onto oil based and thentwo coats . Its a 130 sqm single story house on a flat block of land access is easy. However a ladder will be need in some parts at the rear - its not that high but a ladder will be required. - so you will have to be insured. I will supply the paint and gap filler. - Due date: Flexible

House is approx 1 metre off the ground and a new build so all very clean I need a small stack of excess timber and 7 x sheets of new tin and 2 sheets of old tin plus some paint pots (all neatly stored) pulled out from under the house and put in the nearby driveway. I also need 5x brick piers and a low Bessar Block wall (4m x 1m) painted and a couple of front facing bearers (that are showing) One coat should do but maybe 2 if necessary.
