Painting of entire exterior of house. House has already started painting - running out of time due to busy work schedule. Yellow walls on photos need painting - two coats. White walls on photos need one coat. All brown timber works, gutters, fascia boards, window frames and back door need to be painted one coat of brown colour. All paint needed to complete the job will be supplied.

Rendering required for the outside of our home. The side patio (both sides) is the most severe works needed area, it is roughly 9 metres (total) x 50cms, and roughly 3-4 other small areas that have begun to crack that require minor render patch works. Pls see attached photos. For one of the minor patch areas a tall ladder is required to reach the area - 5/6 metres high. I am aware the price will be higher, so please quote accordingly.

Numerous Plaster cracks are located in various walls inside my home, as can be seen in the images. One/two cracks may require a tall ladder to reach them.
