I am looking to renovate my staircase as it currently makes my house quite dark and lacks natural light. I want to break the wall so i can put the chandeliers on the staircase later. I would like to request a quote for the renovation: 1. Partial Wall Removal: Knock down the wall halfway to allow more light through. Include all costs such as labor, paint, materials, permits, and any additional expenses.

Need to patch and paint house ceiling panels due to recently completed downlight installation. About 5 patches and a couple of smaller holes. Can adjust scope if more work is needed.

I would need someone to come down with airless paint sprayer gun to help paint the wooden fence in backyard and garden area in front yard. All paint and covering sheets will be provided.
