Needs painting of living dining and kitchen area of a town house Advise

Have a cricket infestation problem. Started with the roof cavity and now the walls and the odd one roaming the house. Have used 'professional services' before but all they do is vaguely spray the outside and a few spurts up 1 manhole (i have two...) Looking for someone who knows what they are doing and will do the job properly, i.e using a ladder to get into the roof and spraying the corners up there as well. Let me know any quotes/costs and what's required to fix this issue.

It’s a recently renovated 3 bedroom 1 bath house needs paint inside house walls. Living room, kitchen and dining area, 3 bedroom and 1 bath. Hall and bedroom pathway.

Rendering work Overview The front of our house has a rendered façade that has water / concrete lime damage and some cracking in certain area’s. The facade pillars are not absolutely square but are close, wider at the bottom than the top. Most of the area where the façade needs attention is at the right hand side bottom, however, there are small cracks in a number of other area’s. Please see images and provide advice. Dimensions 1) The measurements for the façade are on the associated drawing. 2) The top horizontal part of the façade is 35cm high. The rear is partially covered so only 13cm needs paint. 3) Volume of paint required will be around 12.5 square meters. Please check your quantity based on the measurements provided. Specific work 1) Recommend a suitable paint, we wish to change the colour so we will purchase the paint. 2) Repair any cracking damage that needs attention. 3) Clear and repair water / calcium / concrete leakage damage. 4) Treat the area to prevent further leakage. 5) Paint with the suitable high quality exterior house paint provided. 2 coats. 6) Clean and remove any materials from the worksite.

I would need someone to come down with airless paint sprayer gun to help paint the wooden fence in backyard and garden area in front yard. All paint and covering sheets will be provided. Note wooden fence has been pressure washed. And I expect clean and quality work let me know if you can do it. See photos attached and let me know.
