The property includes 5 bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a garage door. The scope of work includes interior and exterior painting, roof cleaning, fixing and painting tiles, and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Quote total job cost please for mostly 1 coat of paint on walls and ceiling, may in spots need a 2nd coat, trims, skirtings and doors etc are cream so may need 2 coats on these with white: walls, doors, skirtings, window sills, stairs hand rail, Stairs wall, Doors, Door trims, Small untiled areas in 2 bathrooms, Small laundry, 2 bathrooms, mostly tiled but some untiled wall sections, Combined lounge and dining room, Small area in kitchen as mostly tiled or cupboards, There is a water stain from a leaking shower in one part of ceiling and this will need to be done. The ceiling has been repaired and prepped where the water stain was. But only minor ceiling touch ups elsewhere. Paint to also be supplied please. The property is vacant and unfurnished. Please ensure offer includes sanding, gap filling, patching all prep work and all tools necessary for the project. We want a good quality finish and someone who is experienced and has a high attention to detail.

I would need someone to come down with airless paint sprayer gun to help paint the wooden fence in backyard and garden area in front yard. All paint and covering sheets will be provided.
