Painting interior downstairs townhouse

We have 2 warehouse spaces that require painting. We have basic equipment but a larger and more professional spray gun may make the job easier for you if you have this equipment. Please bring your own mask for protection. Paint will be supplied. Both inside and outside of the building need to be painted. Double coat. There are some plates and signs that need to come down from the front of the building and a railing in the back room that will also need to be taken down (photos attached of signage and railing). Furniture moving will also be required as you move from section to section. Covering is also required for floors, switches and to cover immoveable furniture. We will need 2 people to complete this and it absolutely needs to be done next week starting Monday. There is a scissorlift on site for usage. Main areas: 10mx36mx4m 10mx13mx4m - Minus 1 wall. Front and back 10m brick Beams to be painted (not all beam. We will provide a walkthrough to identify.

External Painting of the following: - All white rendered walls (1 coat) - Guttering, fascia, eaves, window frames, 4 x external door frames, 2 x external doors (front and back) *inc. prep, sanding filling as required (see mark-up) Internal Painting of the follow Fill gaps and cracks (minimal) Sand and prep before painting 2 coats to ceilings and walls (yellow areas) 2 coats to door and window frames, skirting (woodwork) 1 coat to both bathroom ceilings Paint will be supplied. Paint a kids wooden cubby house (3 sides only). Dimensions: 1.88mtrs height. 1.63mtrs depth. 2.47 mtrs width. Paint will be supplied.

We got several upgrades done at our home (eg installation of Floodlights, alarm system, aircon controller etc.). Some were retrofit jobs so have caused a different colour on select walls - both inside and outside (Pics attached). We are looking for a painter who can touch these up to look seamless with exact shade(s) and fully protecting the devices while doing so. I don't have the exact paints with me (some left in store from previous owner but can't vouch for them..) so offer should include all consumables etc.

Paint the second storey of our townhouse. This will include the painting of the eaves and clean the outside of the gutter as it has dirt built up. Inside of gutters do not require a clean.
