Moving into a rental property where we need a few hard workers to help us paint the house. No real experience needed, just learn as well go.

The property has 3 door size gates (steel frames), 3 double garage doors and front walls up to 2.5 metres height. Dust, wash and remove dirt from the property front, street facing walls, gates and garage doors.

I have small repairs, such as flaking paint ( to be sanded and repainted) in 3 small interiors, skirting board to be repaired, upstairs, small patches of plaster to be sanded and painted over in my house as I ready it for sale and need this done in the next 2-3 days. I also need silicone down the side of the shower to tidy it up. I don’t have paint but white, ivory is fine. No supplies provided. Need you you to tidy up after as well pls.

Paint the whole outside of cubby house, including roof - I have the paint. You’ll need your own brushes please.

2 story, 4 bedroom house, 2 living areas, dining room, garage inside, laundry, 2.5 bathrooms, dining with high ceiling, internal walls, ceilings, some doors. All 2 coats. Best done by 2 guys. No woodwork. Minimal sanding required as house is straight and no cracks, etc. Painting colour Lexicon Quarter White.
