Including: - Bedroom 1 ceiling only - Bedroom 2 ceiling and walls - Bathroom ceiling and walls - hallway walls, ceiling and wooden trims - Living Room ceiling and walls - kitchen ceiling - laundry walls and ceiling - front entrance door Paint External wooden window frames x 8 Paint back sliding door + wooden cladding zone (circa 1.5m2) in dulux white. Paint decking rails with dulux monument. ancillary works to be included: - drop down sheets, protection, etc. - any filling as may be required - all sanding as required - supply of paint. - clean up. Painting the inside and only 2 outside walls of a new 4.1x2.4 meter garden home office located in Camberwell. Inside needs an undercoat and 2 coats of interior white on 4 walls and ceiling including architraves and skirting (no painting needed on doors or windows). Outside only the front and one side in undercoat and 2 layers of a charcoal exterior colour.
