Find an experienced house painter in Cammeray

I need a cleaner to dust and wash internal walls, window frames, skirting, any areas that needs to be painted. Starting with dusting, vacuum and light wall wash to get ready for painting. Paid on a day basis, estimated time 8 hours.

Hi I need several areas of our exterior house to be washed clean. We currently have road works happening on our street so that’s producing a lot of dust and dirt. Then there’s the fact that we haven’t attending to any maintenance of the house during COVID plus a spider web factory has been working over time. Sometime ago our back yard was flooded and the residue of dirt and grime is still residing on the bottom of the wooden fence. I would like to have that cleaned also. But… it’s an old fence, so it can’t be high pressure sprayed or the little bit of crappy paint that is there will disappear. I was envisaging one of those brush/broom with the water coming out of it to clean it (or alike), of which I don’t have that equipment to supply. Proposed solutions welcome. Then I need you to also use an extension pole to try and remove the said mentioned spider factory under the eaves and in all corners and crevasse of the house. Also, if you are able to wash the outside of the windows too (but not essential - I can arrange a specialist for this if it’s not your thing). If I could suggest there is two sections… front of house, back of house plus two sides of the wooden fence plus the garage door need washing / cleaning to give you an idea of what’s require. I guesstimate a days work. I did have someone previously come and clean and with the high pressure hose it removed all the paint off the house which I want to avoid this time.
