Single coat of stain on double front door and frame and double balcony door and frame. Single coat to stair balustrade (top and post only). Single coat to ceilings in laundry, lounge room, dining/kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. Single coat to the bathroom walls. Two coats to new bedroom door and frame. Single exterior coat to the 1m section either side of garage. Paint and tape provided. Estimate 2 days work. To be completed between 5 and 8 January. - Due date: Before Monday, 8 January 2024

Need to render front of the house, the house is rough rendered and painted before , need smooth finishing. Probably a coulered render preferable - Due date: Before Sunday, 17 December 2023

Paint according to a Dulux colour consultant report: - gutter - fascia - barge board - gable detail - soffits - balustrading at front - tile fascia at front balcony (but only if there is an appropriate outdoor tile paint) - garage door - back posts and support beam - back balustrading - downpipes and powerbox (plus Dulux weathershield low sheen) There will be 3 different colours of paint according to the report. Paint to be purchased and reimbursed with receipt (or let us know how much paint will be needed and we'll purchase). Leftover paint to remain with us.
