I am in the process of painting my house. I have done the undercoat for both the walls and ceiling. My Dad and I will be painting and need an extra hand to make things go a little quicker. All brushes and paint will be supplied.

Need painting to be complete for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse, 100 - 110m squared in floor space 2 storeys. Looking for antique white walls for all rooms except bedroom, Lexicon half for ceiling. Looking for hog bristle quarter for bedroom walls and Lexicon half for ceiling. Trims/doors to be painted either vivid white or lexicon half. We also require metal window frames to be painted in vivid white or lexicon half. Budget proposed should include prep/pre-cleaning as well as cleaning up. Please provide a scope of services and the requested budget. Open to negotiation on budget within reason (and based on services performed).
