Task is to DOWNSTAIRS INTERIOR: - Paint interior downstairs of our townhouse. Pictures attached. Open plan area for essentially just the dining and living areas as will be installing a new kitchen a few days before - Only requires single white coat - Needs to include walls, ceilings, skirting boards - basically anywhere where white paint already - Areas will need to be cleaned and prepped - Note there is one area that will require some sanding back and some special treatment. Picture as attached - We will supply the paint (Bunnings up the road) - Painter to supply all other equipment - own rollers, trays, drop sheets, tape, sanding etc. - We will move all the furniture and cover appropriately SINGLE EXTERIOR WALL: - Single wall in back courtyard - To paint single white undercoat - Area is 5 x 1.8m - May need some prepping / sanding for effective undercoat - Again, can supply the paint but all other equipment to be supplied by Painter We believe the task is achievable in one full day.
