Interior Painting for 2 Bed Townhouse Overview: We are seeking a professional painting contractor to undertake interior painting for a 2 bedroom townhouse in Coburg. The project involves painting all interior surfaces including walls, ceilings, skirting boards, and door frames. The townhouse has exposed brick walls, plasterboard ceilings, raked ceilings in upstairs rooms, and a high window upstairs. The townhouse is currently clear of furniture. Scope of Work: 1. Preparation: - Thoroughly prepare all surfaces to be painted by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary. - Protect all non-paintable surfaces with appropriate coverings. 2. Painting: - Apply primer as needed. - Paint all walls and ceilings - Paint raked ceilings and high window (tall ladder or scaffold required) - Paint skirting boards and door frames 3. Cleanup: - Thoroughly clean up all painting materials and debris upon completion of the project. Timeline: The project is scheduled to commence between May 4th and May 8th, 2024. However, there is some flexibility regarding the start date. Please advise project duration. Budget: Please provide a detailed cost estimate including labor, and any additional expenses. Internal Painting of 3 bedroom house on 2-4 May Paint entire inside of vacant house (e.g. walls, doors, ceilings, windows and skirting boards Etc.). Paint should be Natural White Dulux paint. Quote should be all inclusive of airtasker fees and materials (Inc paint). Proposed dates are 2nd to 4th of May. Please find the floor plan of the house attached.
