We are looking for some assistance with our vacant property, please see below for details: Painting - 5 bedrooms (1 Master with ensuite) - 2 Bathrooms - No living area/kitchen at this stage as all of our furniture is being staged there this weekend. - Walls and Ceilings, Doors, Skirting and all window and door frames - Paint provided but you will need your own ladders and painting supplies - Floors will be replaced with hybrid flooring - Plasterer has finished work and painting is ready to commence painting Flooring: approx 180 sqm, happy for you to come measure and quote but for now please give me an offer for both jobs and can adjust after assigning. We are looking for 'midnight grey' colour. Happy for the tasker to supply or we can supply after you help us decide. Looking for someone to start ASAP.

Painting the timber on the outside of our brick house. I have 3/4 finished painting the outside of our house. The eaves still need doing and some timber out the front. Also one bit of timber has had some exposure and needs some builders bog etc. Single story but front has high ceilings. A little bit on the deck roof still to go that I couldn’t quite reach. I am looking for a painter to paint the interior walls of my bathroom. The existing colour is white but I would like to add a slightly darker colour to the side walls, leaving the ceiling white. As the ceiling will remain white I need someone who has a meticulous hand and can offer the crisp, clean, straight lines. There are two bathrooms and one powder room. I have included a floorplan to see the dimensions of the walls (not ceiling). I will provide the paint. Image included is to show colour pallet and finish requested, it is not the actual bathroom. Hi We finished some renovations before covid. Made a dent on the painting, then got to busy to complete it all. We will provide the paint. FRONT HANDRAILS & BALUSTRADE - PAINTING The handrails and balustrade timbers at the front steps and verandah are to be repainted. There is one area of soft timber near the top of the steps which will be dug out, filled and sanded. Rust stains from baluster screws will be primed with a kill rust primer before the timbers are painted with exterior grade colour matched paint. FRONT VERANDAH DECK The front deck (approx 10m x 1.2m) is to be cleaned and sealed. The deck boards will be pressure cleaned, scrubbed and pressure cleaned again before two coats of Haymes Dexpress Jarrah coloured sealer is applied. PICKET FENCE RAILS The picket fence next to the front gate has three rotting rails. These will be removed and replaced with pre-painted treated pine rails. The longer run picket fence which reached out to the will have one rail added underneath the rotted top rail. That top rail will be left in place. SIDE GATE The side gate does not close, It hits the post at the top and has clearance at the base. The top hinge will be unscrewed and moved over for the gate to clear the post and close correctly. REAR DECK & PATHWAY PAVERS The rear deck is to be cleaned and sealed. The deckboards will be pressure cleaned, scrubbed and pressure cleaned again before having two coats of HAYMES Dexpress JARRAH sealer applied. Whilst the deck is being pressure cleaned, the concrete pathway pavers at the rear and side of the house will be pressure cleaned. LETTERBOX The customer is purchasing a new letter box to be installed on top of the existing post. New self adhesive numbers and letter for the box should also be purchased for installation. The new letter box will be bolted to the flange on the existing post and have the new letters stuck on the front. As an option, the post can be repainted to match the new letter box. GARAGE CEILING PAINTING one coat PRESSURE CLEAN THE HOUSE outside of house REAR PERGOLA TIMBERS - CLEANING may need a coat of paint - Due date: Before SUNDAY 24 April 2022
