Plaint walls and ceilings of one bedroom, lounge, dining, kitchen and hallway. Whilst two wall will be recently rendered all other walls have been previously painted so only need basic preparation. One feature wall extends from lounge, dining and kitchen.

In the next week or two we need some help painting a two bedroom house. Would like to get a feel for whether there is any help available and how much it will cost. We will need to move things from room to room so will probably try to do the job iver a few weekends. Would be happy to do some of the painting and get help with some too. - Due date: Flexible

We would like to change the colours to the following; Cream masonry front and downpipe to lexicon Dark green fence, gutters, metal screen door and features on walls to black Front door to light blue Please note the following when making your offer: *All tiling on porch and entryway must be thoroughly covered, any spills of paint are not removable and cost to replace will sit with painter *Some minor spots will need gap fill and light sand prior to painting *Peel off loose paint from moulding, seal and sand prior to painting *Apply 2 coats of paint on all areas *Sand doors, door frames and window thoroughly *Apply oil based undercoat on doors and window *Apply 2 coats of oil based paint on window, window iron bar, door, door frames and screen door *Sand and undercoat the fence where needed and apply 2 coats of paint *Touch up where needed and clean up before leaving the premises
