Need to paint a few parts of the house to stand out for a house sale.

Painting my house, but need a hand with the prep. 60s weatherboard, and I need to sand the boards. Not heavy, just enough to rough up the top coat. One side is in poor condition, so I need someone who is experienced as some boards have an old lead-based Primer on them, so it's important to get someone who recognises these risks and will sand responsibly and safely, avoiding these areas and leaving for me to manage. Will pay by the hour to a maximum of $500 to start off with, and depending on progress we can negotiate further.
