4 bedroom house including hallway, kitchen living area painted

Tannins from timber have leaked onto the concrete walls and outdoor tiles of the house, need someone with experience the right knowledge and correct treatment to scrub and remove all the stains

Please see attached photo. It is approx 3 m long and the right side 1.5m long. All sides require painting (white) please supply outdoor paint for the job. It will require a ladder to reach the area.

I require the outside the timber cladding paiinted around my house it is 2 levels so ladder will be required. Also the inside timber doors require Painting. Looking for someone to price on an hourly rate cash
