Find an experienced house painter in Hamilton Hill

4x2 house needing interior painting (walls only) in Hamilton Hill. It is a new build, the walls require priming and cleaning before two layers of paint. Six doors and their casing also require painting on all edges. The ceiling is already painted, only the walls and doors need to be done. There is a very high stairwell section that will require a mobile scaffold or something similar to reach.

I need all the Fascia’s and eves around my house to be cleaned up as the paint is flaking so needs to be sanded back and re painted. You will require scaffold to reach parts of the eves and fascia’s. Will also require window frames to be painted externally.

3x eaves painted/ veranda landing floor/ 4x exterior window frames/ 3x interior doors - Due date: Flexible

Internal wall painting - master bedroom, en-suite, toilet, staircase, hallway - Due date: Flexible

I require sheets of eaves installed on the exterior of my property since the originals hav been badly damaged by water. I’d say roughly 700m in width by 5-6m in length. This should take a skilled tradesman 2 hours at most to install. I can do this myself but are time poor at present. - Due date: Flexible

Must supply paint, ladders, rollers, brushes ect. Warehouse is in Hamilton hill. Internal is all white External white and then garage door & front door black.
