We have some timber window frames as well as timber awning that needs staining. Also some eaves that need cleaning and then painting. These are on the second story of a house so also need an extra long ladder or scaffolding to reach them. We will supply all stain and paint. We would need two coats of each. - Due date: Flexible

Hi I am wanting someone to wash the outside of my split level house (single to two-story). It is a brick veneer house (the brick is pretty clean), but the painted facia/gables and eaves have spider webs and green mould in some areas. Also want the outside of the windows and siles cleaned. No need to do roof tiles, just the sides and porch areas. Ideally on Wednesday or Friday this coming week, but there is flexibility. photos included. There are some photos of a back timber deck with steps, that need a deep wash and oiling I am not expecting them to be included in this task, but if that is something you are experienced in please feel free to include a quote for that. - Due date: Before Sunday, 20 March 2022

1. Painting cement warehouse walls with two coats of Dulux White (already have a coat of paint on them). Total Wall area measures 2.4M high and 30M long. There is a small amount of patching/filling to be done in some areas. 2. Remove paint from warehouse floor. The current paint is already mostly worn away, but we need to remove any trace of the paint left there and this can probably be done with a guerney or something similar.

(I) Kill and remove the existing MOULD infestation from the accessible internal affected areas in the following room/s -Ceiling/cornices, walls and around window frames of the Main Bedroom -Walls/skirtings and around window frames of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Bedrooms -Ceiling/cornices and around window frames of the Kitchen -Ceiling/cornices, walls/tiles and around window frames of 2 x Bathrooms -Walls/skirtings of 1 x Lounge -Walls/skirtings, around window frames and the wall shelving of the Dining room -Walls, door/frames and around window frames of the Sunroom -Door/frames and around the small window panels either side of the Front Door - un jam 5 windows which would help with further ventilation.
