Chasing someone to paint prep (sand) and then paint external of house. Single story on foundations. Weatherboard, windows, eves & gutters are all that need to be painted. Three sides of house is all that needs to be done as Reno’s are happening on one side. Paint will be provided.

We are about to paint our house and we want to touch up about 20 small cosmetic spots on the walls and smooth the door frames. For example, plastering places where nails used to be, wear and tear, sanding the doorframes. The task requires walking from spot to spot [we have marked them] and fixing each one to be smooth and ready for a new paint job. Some images attached to show examples. In total, there are approx. 15 small plastering spots on the walls, and 3 door frames to sand and smooth.
