Skirting and architrave included in painting requirement. Tasks to include: - Preparing: cleaning walls and ceilings prior to commencement - Sanding: please look at the photo showing how much the walls need to be sanded after gyprocking. This is throughout the entire house and will require own sander. - Repair: Fill holes, cracks, or dents with appropriate filler. Sand the repaired areas smooth. - Paint: Primer and two coats for walls and ceilings. Ceiling and walls will be two different shades of white colours. *Taubmans paint will be provided. Not tools or equipment. *house is unoccupied and a single story

Floors have recently been sanded and polished. Saw dust has covered every surface including the ceiling and needs a good clean. There is no furniture in the house, all rooms are empty. All surfaces, windows, doors and fly screens to be cleaned. Surfaces include window sills, fireplace, top of wardrobes, ceiling, picture rails, skirtings, walls, floors, ceiling lights, doors, windows, etc. Note, you’ll need a ladder to clean the ceiling, top of wardrobes and picture rails. Please bring suitable floor protector to put under the ladder to avoid scratching the newly polished floor. Care also is to be taken when cleaning the cleaning to avoid damaging the moulding. Have to paint some marks and scratches in my room

Recently bought an old house, inside wallpaper needs removal and painting walls inside the house. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room plus kitchen.

Wooden panels on the exterior of the house needs painting. We have the primer and paint, and brushes and rollers, but this requires someone with experience or has the appropriate equipment to climb up on the roof to paint.

Various painting tasks need doing: - 3 door frames sand, fill and paint with aqua enamel including transom on 2 of them - 1 windowsill primed and painted with aqua enamel - 2 windowsills painted with aqua enamel (already primed) - Edging tidied up with colour underneath one windowsill (white has gone into green wall paint) - Bathroom ceiling painted, already undercoated. Room is 3.7x1.5, ceiling height (2.7m) - One wall repainted to cover scuffs, approx 3m long - Skirting board repainted in aqua enamel, fill and touch up around PowerPoint We will also be installing 9 new doors at some point which will all need painting in enamel, but that can be follow on work if you want. Can be done anytime, sooner better but we’re not in a rush. Any day of the week or time of day is possible as we work from home. We have the paint, and ladders etc if needed.
