we hired someone to replace the flooring at our townhouse, including stairs. it's a double brick house and the stairs are concrete. the stairs used to be carpetted but i'd like it changed to timber. a guy did the flooring using hybrid timber. the floors are ok although he left some skirtings unfinished but the stairs are awful. he covered the stairways with timber although they used to be carpet in the middle. in so doing, he touched the concrete and left left the edges unfinished. to make this to a presentable standard, i think the whole stairways need to be redone.

Wooden panels on the exterior of the house needs painting. We have the primer and paint, and brushes and rollers, but this requires someone with experience or has the appropriate equipment to climb up on the roof to paint.

I need a cubby house painted. Wooden cubby house. Outside and inside need painting. Door to be painted black. Rest of the cubby house painted white. Needs 1 coat of primer also. All the paint has been bought and ready

Various painting tasks need doing: - 3 door frames sand, fill and paint with aqua enamel including transom on 2 of them - 1 windowsill primed and painted with aqua enamel - 2 windowsills painted with aqua enamel (already primed) - Edging tidied up with colour underneath one windowsill (white has gone into green wall paint) - Bathroom ceiling painted, already undercoated. Room is 3.7x1.5, ceiling height (2.7m) - One wall repainted to cover scuffs, approx 3m long - Skirting board repainted in aqua enamel, fill and touch up around PowerPoint We will also be installing 9 new doors at some point which will all need painting in enamel, but that can be follow on work if you want. Can be done anytime, sooner better but we’re not in a rush. Any day of the week or time of day is possible as we work from home. We have the paint, and ladders etc if needed.
