We have a new interior wall in our house that will need painting on both side including skirting and an interior door. Need it done before Saturday.

This is a vacant house, so you can paint when it suits you,The inside of the house does need to be fully painted including the windows but we have completed most of the prep work liking filling the VJs. There has recently been a brand new kitchen and bathroom installed as well. The carpet throughout the house is going to be removed so it won’t matter if you get paint on it. We can supply paint or add in additional for paint. Price has some flexibility.

Top quality first class clean of 3br house (one bath + pantry and WIR). From ceilings, fans and lights down, all surfaces of walls, windows, doors and their frames, skirtings boards, floors, cupboards, wardrobes, oven, switch plates etc. Outside of windows too with easy access via verandahs. Must use ladders for ceilings etc where needed. Best to use the painters' tool with sugar soap to wash ceiling and walls, as this requires more than a spot clean. The house is only partially vacated, so must move furniture around as you go for full access (some are on castors). The floor is fake timber and difficult to look decent - I will supply a product for that. Fine with natural products, if they work well and easily for you, in some areas (have bicarb & vinegar). Have a Karcher for the shower grout etc. Also have some sugar soap for ceiling and walls, but you need to supply the special wall 'mops'.

Needing someone to paint the ceilings of the house and cornice. Need drop cloths as furniture in house. Will need stain blocker and then ceiling paint. Ceiling has grease stains from oven and smoking. I’m not a perfectionist with quality but just need it ready to sell it.
