High section of back of house. No need to paint gutters. Happy with 2 coats only. We will supply paint and brushes. Need contractor to use their own height access equipment and have insurance. Due to re arranging a home we’ve just bought, I’m needing to take a window from what was the kitchen, and swapping it to where the new kitchen will be. No new materials. Both windows are the same width just different heights. Hoping that makes the job more simple. Really hoping to have it done before the painter next week. We need someone to come help us do the prep work internal house for painting: Tasks include: 1. Sanding walls, skirting, doors, etc. 2. Filling gaps/cracks 3. Hi, I'm finalising moving out of my previous rental and require the carpets to be cleaned in the upstairs bedrooms and the internal stairs. The carpet is approximately 11 years old so it's stuffed but hey the owner wants it done before she moves in this Saturday. Therefore, I don't need 5-6 hours spent on this job as it's (the carpet) is likely to be torn up and replaced in the future by the new owner. Bedroom 1: approx 3.2m x 3.5m. Bedroom 2: approx 3.5m x 2.90m. Stairs: approx 20-25 treads, bottom to top plus the landing area. I am available to give access to the property in the afternoons after about 3:30PM, today (Weds), Thurs and Friday. So, a quick, cheap job is what I'm after!
