Re-Paint exterior of whole house (front / sides / back). House is double-story, semi-detached. Photo’s attached. Paintable areas (excluding windows/doors) is approx. 120 sqm. Looking for qualified and insured painters only. Panting to include repainting of all existing painted areas: - Surface preparation (there is peeling paint on windows/doors) - Patching any cracks / holes (there are some minor holes and cracks). - Repaint all exterior walls (double-story) in Dulux colour paint. - Repaint all exterior windows and doors, eves in Dulux White paint. - Repaint low-level garden wall. - Clean-up and removal of all rubbish from site. - All paving and surrounds to be protected from paint. - The cost of the paint is not included – This can be provided or alternatively you can quote and supply the paint, provided its Dulux. Pictures provided give an idea of current condition and area to be painted.

I need black mould removed from main bedroom ceiling and walls, sunroom, bathroom ceiling, spare room ceiling, kitchen ceiling and laundry ceiling. We have just bought a house and need the ceilings and coving painted white. We have the paint. The ceilings aren’t in bad condition, but will need cleaning and a few bits filled in and sanded before painting. Light fixtures will need to be painted around. The house is a small three bedroom (less than 100sqm), with little furniture in it. Looking for someone with experience in painting.
