Recently purchased three bed house with upstairs loft bedroom requires thorough cleaning prior to being leased ASAP. The house has just had a new bathroom and laundry put in as well as all internal walls, windows, doors, trim and ceilings freshly painted. The kitchen is also less than 2 years old and was cleaned and covered prior to renovation works. However all internal surfaces (excluding freshly painted) are to be cleaned properly. Somewhat flexible with timing however should be completed during daytime any day of week or weekend.
