Need to paint one coat of inside paint around the whole house including skirting (door trims and any skirting)minus the rooms crossed off. Paint will be included, just need your own equipment and floor covering ! Ensuit and wardrobe ceiling needs to be painted. Major furniture pieces will be covered in the rooms

House recently restumped so cracks have occurred in 1 bedroom in particular but other minor cracks throughout. These need filling. Example of cracks shown in picture. I need the exterior of my 3 bedroom house prepared for painting. House is Brick but with wood trim. Gutters will need to be wiped down with a sugar soap or something similar to prep for painting. Wood will have to be patched and sanded and cleaned where needed in order to be ready for painting. Some wood rot will need to be repaired and some wood trim near the tiles may have to be removed. Areas to prepared for paint are House, Carport and back Veranda. This includes Gutters & Fascia’s.

Seeking quotes from professional house painters to clean, prepare and paint a 2 storey house. I require the walls, ceilings, skirtings, doors, window frames and arcs and cupboard doors painted. Don’t mind if by brush, roller or sprayer as the house is empty. Dulux paint to be provided for entire job (using same white colour for everything eg walls, ceilings, skirtings etc). Would prefer job to start Tuesday 15 or Wednesday 16. Please confirm how many days you estimate it will take with a team. I would prefer a team to get the work done quickly.
