The exterior of an old weatherboard house needs to be sanded ahead of painters start. We have recently replaced a bunch of weatherboards and now need to sand back the existing ones ahead of painting. 40 & 80 grit sand paper will be required, and either an Orbital sander or Precision sander. More work available at property in near future

I'm running behind schedule and looking for someone to paint ceilings, cornice, walls, and window frames and skirting - all same colour. I've completely prepped, sanded and primed. If interested, please let me know your experience and how much you think you can achieve in 1 or 2 days (I need to stain floors by Friday evening at the latest).
