Need floors sanded before I stain myself. Small house. Living are, hallway and 3 small bedrooms. About 65m2 or so.

We have a vacant house in Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 parking space garage ( in the garage only two walls need to be painted, as the other two walls are brick). We need to arrange for it to be painted before moving in. The work includes full interior painting in white, including walls, ceilings, doors and wardrobes, as well as the repair of a ceiling hole and fixing nail or screw pops in the plaster sheets in bedroom 3 (see attached picture). Please make sure that your price includes everything: mainly the labor and high quality odorless paints

HI All, sorry for the confusion, there still are some predecessor to be done before these several tasks. Once we get alignment with price, I'll then discuss and confirm the date at least 3 weeks before the supposed starting date. Got some renovation work would like to get a handy man to help with. Hi, looking to hire someone(1-2) for 8 hours tomorrow (Saturday 19th) for 8 hours to paint ceilings and architraves. 9am to 5pm hire for day. Place is empty so nothing in the way and carpet will be removed after paint so nothing issue about getting paint on ground (just kitchen and bathroom tiles will remain). Walls are painted so just ceilings, corners of walls and architraves left. Cupboards too if have time. I’ll provide the paint. You the labour and equipment to paint. Thanks

Whatever colour is most cost effective, suits entire house, is neutral but also easy for tenants with kids to keep as clean as possible, not dark. Exterior has some need for painting where there is sun damage. Keep same colour, just repair painting required. Will be entirety vacant to paint easily week of 30th Jan. We're in need of a painter for a house we've recently reconfigured. I've attached some photos (from the original real estate listing - there has been some movement of walls since then), along with a plan, showing the areas that need painting. There's a combination of areas of new plaster and walls that need a fresh coat (in good condition - not much prep work). The trim does not need to be painted, with the exception of a some newly installed lengths of skirting, a couple of doors and jambs and one small window trim. Ceilings in the laundry and living area will also need painting (shaded orange on plan). Nothing to paint in the WIR/ensuite/bathroom and toilet. The house has lots of ceiling to floor windows, as well as built-in cupboards, and two kitchens, so there isn't actually that much wall left to be painted in comparison with a typical house. It will (definitely, this time!) be ready to paint from Tuesday 8th Feb, and we'd be keen to get the job done as soon as possible from that date. House will be mostly empty of furniture.
