Hi We have an old cubby house that needs to be painted white outside, pink inside.

Paint two small retaining walls + columns at external entryway of 2 story house

We would like our colourbond fence sprayed to a new colour with a paint sprayer and also a large cubby house lightly sanded and then painted outside and inside. We will provide all paints, spray gun, paint brushes and potentially sanding equipment, we just require someone who is experienced in outdoor painting work to complete the work. The colourbond fence is approx 45m in length and the cubby house is about 16sqm with a height of 2M. There is some further work available painting other areas based to be planned out following this job. Looking for an initial hourly rate and then agree on scope of work.

The home is two story clad. I would like to have the eves and high sections on the house painted. We will supply the paint. As garages underneath the house, the top of house is high.

Removing lead containing paint from the exterior of the house and then repainting it. Will need a ladder. There are two areas. 1/about 3m height but quite narrow area. The paint will need to be scrapped off and repainted. 2/higher up. Maybe 5m. Just needs to be painted over. I've got the paint.
