Essentially want the place to be spruced up to give it a fresh look. I was living there so house is in good condition. Just wanted to give it a fresh look before renting out. Hi ! We will supply paint and you supply tall ladder, paint brush and paint container you can use on a ladder. (the gutter is 3.3 mtrs high, so please ensure your ladder is tall enough and secure.there is a slight slant on the side of the house so that may affect type of ladder needed?) We would like one side of our house's gutters/fascias painted straight over the top of existing paint. they are old and faded so we'll supply a dark colour. WIll need 2 coats. Neat job please (no splashing on the house as its a light color and dont want drips on there). All going well, there are 2 other sides of house that you can do as well if you choose to take another job, or we can assign to new tasker if not interested in doing more. We need this completed before Wednesday this week. There is approx. 14 metres of guttering.

Back fence has a ~10 metre extension that needs painting (white undercoat and a monument blue coat of paint) and I need the white section of the cubby painted white. (The cubby is very small, won't take long) I have a tin of monument blue but will need to buy more white paint. - Due date: Flexible

Painter was unable to finish painting job. He has prepped the surface and applied a coat of paint on the inside. Outside prep and paint still needs to be done including the replacing of some rotten bits of wood as pictured below.
