Need floors sanded before I stain myself. Small house. Living are, hallway and 3 small bedrooms. About 65m2 or so.

We have installed a cubby house under an oak tree and its not great quality. We think it needs at least to have the roof painted to give it some protection. Think the walls are ok. Do also need to bog and sand a lot of nail holes etc before painting. 2 coats likely. I will supply materials, paint, paint brush, bog, sandpaper

Hi, looking to hire someone(1-2) for 8 hours tomorrow (Saturday 19th) for 8 hours to paint ceilings and architraves. 9am to 5pm hire for day. Place is empty so nothing in the way and carpet will be removed after paint so nothing issue about getting paint on ground (just kitchen and bathroom tiles will remain). Walls are painted so just ceilings, corners of walls and architraves left. Cupboards too if have time. I’ll provide the paint. You the labour and equipment to paint. Thanks
