Hello, Working with another on the weekend (16-17th March) to paint house interior, doorframes and bathroom. $40 per hour Experienced painter preferred.

Looking for someone that can sugar scrub my walls, skirting boards and visible dirt and dust on ceiling and hard to reach areas high up in three bedrooms, living room, bathrooms and kitchen areas. Walls have a lot of marks from children’s hands and ceilings have marks, dust, insects etc that need removal.

We are seeking a quote from a cleaner or cleaning team with previous experience in cleaning nicotine tar/cigarette smoke staining from walls. The job is to clean a 4bed 1 bath house including scrubbing the walls and ceilings to assist with the smell and prepare the walls for painting. Some of the walls have heavy staining from many years of indoor smoking. Examples of the most strongly stained areas in the images. The key part of the job is addressing the stains on the walls and ceiling. Floor does not need to be cleaned as it will be replaced. Please let us know 1. what cleaning solution you propose to use 2.
