We require an EXPERIENCED painter to finish painting our children’s cubby house - this includes painting both the exterior and interior with two coats of Dulux weather shield paint. The cubby house has been assembled and has already been painted with dulux step 1 primer. There may be some slight touching up of primer to be completed and minor sanding required to ensure a smooth professional finish. Important *** The painting is required to be completed by brush and NOT spray gun. Paint is supplied and we have ready to go! It is a two-story home with a brick exterior. We have completed the front and the first coat of the lower levels on each side. We are requiring a second coat on the lower level sides and two coats on the top level sides and two coats on the second level at the back. The old wooden floors need to be sanded back in our 1970s original house. The house is max. 45m2 so only a small 2 bedder with lounge, dining, and kitchen all in one. We'll coat it ourselves after. Experienced with sanding please. Need it done mid-May.
