It is a two-story home with a brick exterior. We have completed the front and the first coat of the lower levels on each side. We are requiring a second coat on the lower level sides and two coats on the top level sides and two coats on the second level at the back. The old wooden floors need to be sanded back in our 1970s original house. The house is max. 45m2 so only a small 2 bedder with lounge, dining, and kitchen all in one. We'll coat it ourselves after. Experienced with sanding please. Need it done mid-May.
