We have a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with stairs. We need a repaint of the whole house including the 4 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and laundry. Ceilings don’t need doing just walls, doors,trims and architraves and stairwell with bannister. Bathrooms don’t need doing. We will supply all the paint.

Timber Floors in this 20 year old brick 2 bedroom house are very creaky. House is on raised foundation. Not really sure how the timber floors were installed, haven't crawled under the house. Task is to assess and fix the creakiness in main traffic areas, if at all possible.

I’d like to repaint the exterior of my home. It’s an old weatherboard, single storey cottage. Roughly 9m x 18m with a pitched roof… estimating 1 day to clean and prep + 4 or 5 days to repaint.

I am selling the property, so I pretty much need everything cleaned that you can think of to make the property look nice! The walls are all being painted, and all carpet is being changed to new floorboards, so that should reduce some of the work. However, there will still be a kitchen, bathrooms, stairs, balcony, etc. I understand that it's impossible to provide a fixed quote without seeing the place in person, so if you can please make an offer with your estimate of the total, and also provide your hourly rate, I'd be happy to pay per hour if you feel that additional time is needed beyond the estimate. I need 4 separate areas of my house painted, with 2 coats on all walls and ceilings. GARAGE = The entire ceiling and ceiling beams. (Floorspace is 580cm x 580cm) HALLWAY AREA = 3 small walls and ceiling. (Floorspace is 390cm x 140cm) POWDER ROOM = 2 small walls. (Floorspace is 290cm x 130cm) LIVING ROOM = 3 small walls. I do not require any doors, door frames or skirting boards to be painted, as they have recently been painted. I have all the paint that's required, however, I will need you to provide all of the tools and equipment for the job. I need this job to be done by Friday 2nd August, any day except Mondays. The sooner the better.

- Very old single storey house. - Paint all interior walls, ceiling, doors, windows & skirting - No furniture at all, so easy to paint. Plus old floor carpet will be changed later, so no need to cover floor where there is carpet. - Being an old house, at some walls & ceiling paint is scraping off, so might need to sand it to prepare for painting - 2 rooms have wall paper that needs replacing, can either replace with new wallpaper or remove current wallpaper and paint the whole wall (which ever option is best).
