Need to patch any holes and defects in walls and ceilings and repaint with 2 coats on walls and 1 coat on ceiling. Materials will be supplied, just need labour to prepare and apply. Masking of floors and other areas needs to be done prior to painting. Some ceiling area may not need doing, but all walls will. Inside cupboards don't need doing. House is 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom as per plan attached.

Painting of low set brick house . All walls and ceilings except for bathroom and laundry. 100 sqm house standard ceiling height home will be empty for ease of painting. Flooring is to be done after the painting so it should be fairly easy that way. Work to be done somewhere between the beginning of March to mid March. House is located at Thornlands.
