Painting of low set brick house . All walls and ceilings except for bathroom and laundry. 100 sqm house standard ceiling height home will be empty for ease of painting. Flooring is to be done after the painting so it should be fairly easy that way. Work to be done somewhere between the beginning of March to mid March. House is located at Thornlands.

Paint a 4 bedroom double storey house internally. See floor plan for dimensions. This includes 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas (1 very large) , kitchen and dining area, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet .All ceilings and walls including bathroom and stair area. Walls are currently off white and need a basic freshen up for an investment property only. Please quote per sq mtr or per bedroom.

Water is seeping through corners - need to be sealed Around 8-10m linear

Timber repairs required around the house to prep us for sale. These include: 1 x wood panel on carport 2 x timber rails in backyard Internal Doors - replacement or sanding back due to dog scratching marks.

Need upstairs level of a 3 bed townhouse painted white (lexicon quarter), Price all inclusive: top half of stairwell, all paint/materials for 3 coats, doors, frames, cornices and ceilings etc. Place is tenanted currently however all furniture will be clear of walls to enable clear access. I need all the walls and skirting boards in the main area of my house painted the skirting boards have just been put on and have some small gaps which need filling and painted over. I don’t need the roof done as this was done last week.

I need someone to paint the long wall - one wall - of my stairwell. It's a two-storey townhouse, with curved carpeted stairs, so you'll need a tall ladder and experience for this one! I'll need you to clean and prep the wall too. There's a leadlight lamp already hung, so you need to work carefully around this - sorry. It'll be a dark'ish blue/grey so will need a few coats and care on the edges with the cream walls either side (haven't bought the paint yet). Happy to spread the work over two weekends, and I'll be home.
