I have a 4 bedrooms house, 1dining room, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen 2 bathrooms, laundry room and a downstair rumpus room to be painted. Including window frames and decking to be oil varnished.

Cubby house has had an undercoat and needs 2 coats of paint. We have the paint. The cubby is called the Oscar, and wanting to paint the roof a dark grey, and rest white. Photo of the final attached.

Looking for a painter to undertake the below in our two storey townhouse, located in Marsfield NSW. We are moving out on Thursday 21 Nov and would like to get the painting done asap so we can prepare the property for renters. We appreciate we have a tight timeline, and my husband can remove the doors from the hinges ahead of time if this helps. He can also remove the hardware (door knobs). Items for painting: - Painting the ceilings and cornices throughout the home with ceiling white. - Painting the bathroom, laundry and kitchen ceilings & cornices - Sanding & painting 4 internal doors and door trims with Lexicon - Sanding & painting the trim around the rear glass sliding door - Sanding and painting the sliding laundry door & trim - Sanding and painting the internal side of the main entry door & trim - Sanding and painting the linen cupboard door& trim - sanding & painting the timber balustrade Please note, the existing paint on the internal doors and door trims are peeling so they will need to be sanded before being painted. The cornices are generally in good condition, however there are a few areas that have peeled so they will need to be sanded. We have a 4L tin of kitchen/ceiling paint as well as A 4L tin of Lexicon which we would like used.

Single story house. Painting ceiling (whole house comprising four bedrooms, lounge dining, hall and bathroom). Also some interior walls which are a combination of painted brick and plaster board(to be discussed depending on price, but definately the lounge, dining and front hallway).
