Looking for someone to paint the interior of a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom & 1 study house. Lounge room/dining room/study/kitchen/toilet and three bedrooms Bedrooms are mostly empty. We can supply paint. Need detailed clean, drop mats, scape, fill and feathering, sanding, undercoat and 2x overcoat. Including: - stairs + treads and railings/balustrades - 2x small verandah - small 1 car garage and garage door - windows and shades (in bad condition) - gutter - roof (if able, otherwise will hire someone else to finish this part) with coverage of solar panels and ventilation system - front door - external fence Poor access on sides.
