Under house needs ceiling painted white. 80% has already had one coat. Also half side wall to be painted white. Easy access.$350 firm Update- 30% is now completed, so less to be done.

We are in a rental and we have a few places where the paint has come off due to hooks. We just need them patched up please as we need to get our bond back.

Full external house clean required. Outside of house is being professionally painted from the 4th week of January 2025 ( this has been arranged already) so the outside needs a full clean prior to this. External walls comprise painted brick and walls are being repainted the same colour. House outside areas are readily accessible with only the eastern and western walls needing extension ladders. House is quite large in area with roof area being approximately 450 square metres. Note that the concrete roof tiles also need cleaning - this will comprise mainly mould removal including from edge tiles ( see photos). A mould inhibitor would be beneficial. Because we are on tank water, water will need to be used efficiently with a minimum of wastage. Run off from cleaning roof will thus need a temporary diversion. Note that existing vegetation near walls will be trimmed by me beforehand to enable cleaner and painter access. Some more pics just added - note mould on eastern wall is worst area.

I am looking to receive quotes on painting our living room, kitchen, and front house room.

I need all the walls and skirting boards in the main area of my house painted the skirting boards have just been put on and have some small gaps which need filling and painted over. I don’t need the roof done as this was done last week.

I need someone to paint the long wall - one wall - of my stairwell. It's a two-storey townhouse, with curved carpeted stairs, so you'll need a tall ladder and experience for this one! I'll need you to clean and prep the wall too. There's a leadlight lamp already hung, so you need to work carefully around this - sorry. It'll be a dark'ish blue/grey so will need a few coats and care on the edges with the cream walls either side (haven't bought the paint yet). Happy to spread the work over two weekends, and I'll be home.

Hi everyone, Needing a complete internal wall, door and ceiling paint of our house prior to putting it on the market. We still have all of our furniture in the house so really need it to be done professionally because last time the painter we used got paint all over the floors and ruined our old furniture 😭 The house itself is 124sqm (4 bed, 2 bath although bathrooms are tiled to the roof so only ceiling will need paint in bathrooms) and one garage. We also require the soffits painted outside and just the front door frame. We require the job done on 23rd of October. Appreciate any offers thank you 😊
