Hi, I am looking for an experienced painter to fix and paint all interior walls, ceilings (not much work needed), doors, door frames, the eaves & soffit outside (under the eaves), external gutter run-down pipes, the garage ceiling & side gable and side access door. There are quite a few scratches and blemishes on the walls across the house. Haven't been able to upload all of them up due to the limited number of pictures that can be uploaded per task - happy to share the remaining with the assigned tasker. House is a small 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom (semi-ensuite) in Rockingham. I had a bad tenant who has just moved out and the house has a lot of paint chips and marks. I need someone to look at the property and give me a quote. NOTE: - The quoted price is just to reserve the task, so that you can have a look and then quote accordingly. This is to avoid surprises for either of us. I will increase the price of this task once we finalize the work. - I can't physically visit the property so have provided what all photos I could gather from my property manager.
