Hi, need a quote to repaint a small vacant 2 story x 2 bedroom townhouse in Lurnea and do some minor repairs incl. patching small screw holes in wall prior to painting, Wall between units is brick so 3 walls per room need painting. Surfaces to be painted are all internal walls in all rooms incl. kitchen, bathroom, laundry and single garage and all ceilings - don’t think primer will be required. Skirting, door frames and doors are currently a gloss paint and might need a fresh coat. Front door is timber and will require a varnish or lacquer. Task would suit a local who has some experience, time and can provide all materials required to do the job. I’m not seeking full blown professionals as I’m on a budget - just need a quick job to brighten up the place.
