All walls on the floor plan need to be washed down and repainted - 2 coats Dulux Natural White. I don't think there is any plaster work that needs to be completed prior. Minor paint chips and wear and tear over 10 years. Walls only - no ceilings, no windows, doors or skirting boards. Is a new purchase so wanting to refresh before moving in so there is no furniture currently in the house. Images are from the sales listing to give an idea of appearance.

Looking for someone to clean off mould around house that has come on since the recent rainy weather. Needs to wipe it off and then wipe again/ spray with vinegar or clove oil to Prevent it coming back.
