2 bedroom terrace house. Paint entire interior, would like quote for just walls + doors (no ceilings) and cost to add ceilings in. Floorplan attached.

I need my four bedroom house painted, inside and outside, will need to come to inspect before starting the job.

Wall surfaces have all been rendered with acrylic a week ago. Scaffolding is available ( onsite)but long ladder maybe preferable

Some parts of walls in 3 rooms have been water damaged resulting in plaster and render falling away. Requires repair before repainting. - Due date: Flexible

Scope of work Invoice via ABN, The interior space is approx 130m2 total. Start tomorrow (Wednesday) & Complete by (Friday or Sat) Paint the interior space of the terrace including walls, ceilings, 1 x door (front door), 2 x Cupboard doors. There is some basic patching required. Remove existing screws and patch. Exclude all exterior painting. Paint will be supplied including 4 x 15L tins of paint. Paint the interior walls using supplied Dulux Vivid white low sheen. Paint the interior ceilings using supplied Dulux Vivid white matte paint. 1 x extension ladder will be provided. 2 coats of paint. Provide ground sheets, prepare and place ground sheets to protect all timber flooring. Paint the following areas Ground floor, Level 1, Level 2 Mezzanine. Refer to floor plans. Please note the double height void space on Level 1. (Refer to the photos) Paint all interior walls and ceilings. There are two stairs with open/ floating stair treads running along the eastern wall. (Refer photo) This interior wall needs to be painted; therefore you will need to prepare the stair treads with masking tape prior to painting to avoid painting the treads. There are white steel beams supporting the open stair. These beams will need to be painted. There is a double void space on L1. Refer photos. There is no parking on premises. However carparking is available one block away if required on Belmore Street. We have estimated this job will take approximately 3 full days to complete by two people. Process Prepare for painting including placing ground sheets, masking tape (stairs & window frames) Some surfaces will require primer including the steel beam. Owner to inspect and signoff. Paint, first coat. Owner to inspect and signoff Paint, second coat. Owner to inspect and signoff.

Need the following things cleaned: - All overhead lights on ground floor. - Ground floor bathroom walls, shelves, shower and floor. - Kitchen floor, stove top, ceiling and cupboard doors. - Large wall-length sliding doors windows and rail. - Living and dining room floors, walls and ceilings. - 2 flights of stairs vacuumed (including skirting). - Front door, hallway, and walls. - First floor bathroom. Paint a two bed room terrace house internally . Including doors , skirting, architraves , walls and ceilings

Scope of work as follows: Exterior Painting of; North/South/West walls top and bottom, Front balcony including woodwork/iron roof/lacework/beams/columns, 6 windows, 2 doors ground floor, 2 sets of doors 2nd story, rear weatherboard sunroom including windows, downpipes front and rear. 1 Undercoat / 2 coats of waterproof paint. Patch brickwork where required (walls/around windows and doors). Scrape walls and sand for preparation including high pressure clean. Bottom sandstone to remain exposed, scraped, patched where required. Replace any rotting wood/timber where required.

I have recently renovated my property and need a tradesmen that can finish off the final tasks, some tasks detailed below: - Small amount of skirtings and architraves to be installed and painted - adjust level of sliding door in bedroom - install powder room basin and faucet Thanks Dave

Painter required to do prep walls and ceilings in bedrooms and bathrooms Centennial Park. Best done on Sunday and final coat Monday. 8 hours in total. Don't bid if you can't do the date and these times. Also some touch up in the house. Must provide drop sheets and a paint brush. Explain your painting exp in the reply. Parking provided. If two staff we will discuss on site the price. Everything is basic white so if you have spare paint I will pay for it.
