Find an experienced house painter in Sydney

We need some painting done at the front of the house. The previous painter has been called away and can't complete the job. There is not very much to do (probably about 7 square metres in total), and we already have the paint supply. You will not need to add any undercoat, as preparation has already been done and undercoat added where needed. We think 2 coats of the water based paint will be sufficient. The job is to paint the areas above the red line pictured. There is a small section over to the right as well. Some small areas may need some patching. You will need a high ladder to get to the areas needing painting; we do have one as seen in one of the photos, but may not be quite tall enough. You may need a long handled roller too. We can also supply paint brushes. There is a parapet on the left side which will need painting and some plants which have established themselves on the brickwork will need to be removed.

Need any dints in walls plastered and painted walls redone on anywhere you think, we are moving out. We have about 10 rooms in total including open spaces, won't need all walls done but giving Max work.

Paint: Skirting boards (this will need filling here and there prior to sanding/painting). There are new skirting boards downstairs. (see photo). The amount of new skirting is about 18m linear (see photo) There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs that need skirtings and architraves and internal doors painted. Top of wall in a laundry (see photo) 6 x cupboard doors downstairs (see photo) 1 x cupboard door upstairs 1 set of 6 small drawers upstairs The interior of a courtyard door (see photo) 1 WC door and architrave downstairs (see photo) 1 external wall area of about 40m2 including around the front dormer window (see photo) Note that the house has recently been painted (walls, ceilings, windows inside and out) so these don't need work. Aside from the exterior wall/around dormer, the painting needed here is bits and pieces. I have paint already. I have photos of all of the areas that need painting. The house is vacant making painting easier.

Replace existing front porch fence with hand rail and balustrade style fence - picture can be provided. 4. Build rain awing over granny flat door using provided corrugated tin sheet 5. Repair various window sills in need 6. Reglaze various windows in need 7. Repair and prep house siding where needed 8. Paint house exterior and trims with paint supplied in requested areas.

Looking for 1 day of prep and painting various spots around our terrace. Wall (interior and exterior) touch ups, small amount of exterior decking etc. Please provide a daily rate.

Painting exterior of home

2 bedroom terrace house. Paint entire interior, would like quote for just walls + doors (no ceilings) and cost to add ceilings in. Floorplan attached.

I need the inside painted (walls, ceiling, windows frames, 1 built in wardrobe) of a small 2 bed house in Alexandria. Externally I need the window frames painted and the front facade and metal balustrade/gate. Both beds are about 3m x 3m. The living space/kitchen is 1 large room. The rear of the house does not need painting except for window/door frames.

I need my four bedroom house painted, inside and outside, will need to come to inspect before starting the job.

Furniture will need to be moved. Not much furniture in the house as for very elderly couple. Will have to work around them. 3 bedrooms to be completed first then lounge and dining with kitchen plus hallway second stage. Dining and kitchen has crack in wall that will need your repair and also the ceiling in same room will also need minor repairs and patching too. High gloss paint doors and frames x 5 doors
