Find an experienced house painter in Tarragindi

Hello, We are looking to knock down some internal walls in our house. We are seeking advice from a builder to determine what walls are loadbearing.

Provide paint and equipment to complete job and paint outside of split level weatherboard home including eaves. Gutters are already done. - Due date: Flexible

Total face of house needs to be finished sanding and prepped and painted including around windows and up to the eves ..Base coat painted then 2 x coats of paint colour applied. All paint supplied. Will need long ladder or scaffolding to reach top near the eves . Bottom half of face of house has been mostly sanded .Not a huge area ,as front is mostly windows due to the height we need someone to paint. Wanting to start the job next Monday or Tuesday …but have it complete by Thursday of next week .

Need the exterior of our double story (mostly rendered) house painted, as well 4 decking surfaces to be sand and oiled. We'll provided paint. You'll provide equipment.

We are renovating our home and require painting of most walls of kitchen, bedroom x2, staircase, laundry, living and dining area. All plastering to be complete by builder. Renovation should be complete by end of May and would like painting to be complete around this time. Would also like whole exterior paint of our 2 story home, scaffolding required for the sides.

The job entails repainting the frame and posts that support metal lacework at front of house. Lacework itself does not need painting as it has been powder coated previously and is still in good condition. The frame and posts will need to be prepped to remove old flaking paint, primed where necessary to treat surface rust and finished with white gloss enamel. Successful tenderer will supply paint, brushes, turps and drop sheets. No paint to be dropped on patio tiles or brickwork. Refer photos attached. - Due date: Before Saturday, 30 April 2022
