50m2 2 bedroom house. I've already done a rough sand. But painted the walls. Mixed timber floor. Aiming for good finish to prep for stain and seal.

Prepare and paint small section of weatherboard on the outside of house. Need extra long ladder as it’s approximately 8m high. Paint provided. Just the brown section not the white as this has been cleaned professionally since the photos.

Hello! We have a small area (approx 6 metres long by about 1-1.5 metres high) of wooden house battens that need painting, plus an old pipe. The old paint is flaking badly so they all need a good scrape, sand, clean, and two coats of paint. Paint does not need to be totally stripped, just flaking and loose parts removed and sanded. We'll provide the paint; you provide the brushes, materials for prepping the area, etc. Pictures attached. Care must be taken to not get paint of the weatherboards or water tank; please also be mindful of not disturbing water pipes and electrical conduit. I've estimated the price based on 1.5 hours for prep and then 2.5 hours for painting (basing this on my previous experience painting other parts of the house). - Due date: Before Saturday, 17 September 2022

I have a bathroom ceiling, architraves, 4x laundry bifold doors two cavity sliders There is more work to do but the job mentioned is the most important to get done before tiler goes in. Job for next Thursday or Friday or Saturday
