I need someone to pressure wash the driveway, back side of the house and wall as well. If possible paint the whole area too.

We can do prep work. Budget for circa 20 hours to help us knock it over. Skirting, doors and picture rails also. We are looking for someone to work alone to complete the work. Our budget is fixed so we may not get all rooms done. Kitchen and lounge are priorities. Hallway would be a nice extra if budget would cover that.

House internal painting Its a 3 bedroom 2 storey townhouse. No ceilings , no garage, just walls. House is occupied with furniture and usual stuff. Not sure on single coat or double coat, there is quite some marks like colour, pen, pencil marks all over, if this can be done with a good quality single coat I am fine unless the finish is good.
