One of 2 building's elevators will be locked for the duration of the moving. There will be no need to load a truck and unload it at a different location. I need to move an upright wooden piano from the external garage, down the short driveway and into an apartment on the first floor of a block in Edgecliff. There are some initial steps inside, and then a flight of stairs to Level 1 which is separated by a landing (approx. 22 steps). Someone recently moved a grand piano in pieces from the 5th floor, so it can be done :) I have priced this based on other comparable tasks, but please counter-offer if necessary.
