Then to install a new door with the existing frame. New door is ready. 2. Kitchen demolishment. Plan is to do the whole kitchen renovation. Need someone to help with removal all the cabinet first. Need to do a renovation for a weatherboard house.

Bathroom would just be cosmetic changes to replace the tiles, vanity, mirror, bath/shower. Kitchen/living/laundry: No plans in place as we are wanting to work within the existing footprint to save costs. I’ve attached an image of the layout, and highlighted the areas we want to improve in red. In an ideal scenario, the area between the kitchen living and laundry is opened up for an open plan, replace the flooring, and upgrade the kitchen. There is currently a couple steps down from kitchen to the laundry room so not sure if that can be raise and evened out. Budget: no specific budget at this stage, looking to understand total costs.
